We just finished setting up our new HP windows Vista computer. Everything appears to be working fine, except that it will not connect wirelessly to our home network.

The modem is connected to another computer in another room, but we've always had an older computer in the location of the new computer that connected to the internet just fine.

Our ISP is Quest through MSN, but the new computer will only let us select DAIL UP msn. It's pretty dang frustrating.

Any help? I will be eternally grateful.

Double check and make sure the cable is connected from both sides. Otherwise, I would have to say the problem maybe Vista related, as the modem or router you use may not be compatible with Vista. A common problem people are finding with Vista.
