Cena was without his arm sling on his right arm and was shaking peoples hands at the troop show this past monday. Is his injury fake?

no there is actual pictures of his shoulder u can see a bump that looks like a huge meatball people say its his bone popping out but i taught it and hes shaking peoples hand bc he only hurt his shoulder not his hand and besides hes almost done recovering so it shouldnt hurt

I doubt it man.. cuz if u seen how we got injured that looked defintly like a real injury.. and he can shake troop's hands with his cast.. its not his hand its his arm..

It's real but healing. He can't use his arm roughly (do extreme stuff) but he can do minor things like shake hands

his injury is not fake you saw the video on wwe.com, when i saw him giving vince macmahon the fu he had his sling on, hes probably just healing and doing rehab
