Well they had the witch trials in Salem,Mass but in Oregon she mustve gotten a mix up because theres a Salem in Oregon and in Massachusetts but to be absoulety sure i would check with your city museum and ask them they are always willing to help.

Salem is the capitol of Oregon, so she probably just got the two Salems confused. There are hippies here, but not very many witches.

Salem OR is not haunted by witches, neither is Salem MA. Witches do not haunt places, and there is not one shred of proof that the women and men who were accused and executed on charges of witchcraft actually had anything to do with witches or witchcraft. The famous witch hunt happened in Salem MA, not in Salem OR.
