No. Each Motherboard has a Max. Mem. Capacity, and it is real.

No. You can confirm this on some manufacturer's websites (Crucial, Kingston, etc).

To make things worse, even if you could, Windows 32bit will only "see" bewteen 3.0 to 3.5 GB of RAM.

Nope. More then likely it wont even recognize the RAM.
