If I could travel into the future I would probaly go 10 or 20 years.

I would like to see where I end up, who I marry, my job, and if I have a good life and everything.

Right now my life is a mess and I'm always single.

I always wonder if I will ever get married.

We are like little mayflies trying to bend this ancient world to our silly little purposes, yet I sense humanity far into the future holds a promise. I’d want to know if humanity survives embracing that promise – perhaps now it is only a toddler of Mother Nature learning to grow to one day be her partner within the vast universe as ‘Father Nature’.

That being said I’d want to venture to a time beyond the quibbles of all beings and their worlds. I’d go past 1,000 year old molecules in the air, water, and in our bodies, past ‘fresh’ million year old photons that hit our eyes, past the time of a ‘Seldon Plan’, past the time of ageless rocks that we now stand on. I’d travel to a distant time (like ~2 million years) when surviving descendants learn to solve the terrible riddle that the misery of man has invented throughout history out of its inability to achieve harmony together.

Will we find/contact intelligent alien life and cooperate with them as well? Will we learn to be ageless then and still have true harmony (maybe as quintillions living cooperatively within a union of countless worlds)? All this time we may find that we can only travel into the future - unable to travel into the past. But humanity in the distant future may one day resurrect everyone who’s ever lived. We may find that the quality of such resurrections will depend on our current ability (and those of our ancestors) to preserve own bodies and heritage.

I would prefer to travel back in time to the 50s. Then there was no Council Tax, No VAT,Income tax was 10p in the pound. Low crime rate, capital punishment, no Immigration, No terrorism, No guns on the streets, and you respected the police. No drugs, No muggings, and teenagers behaved them selves. Poorer times maybe, but happier times.

Around 20 years...you could see all the latest technology, go back to the real World and invent it before anyone else and make billions. Any further ahead and the technology would be too advanced for me to understand and make once I got back to regular time.
And I could check out my kids and husband hehe.

I don't think I would want to as I wouldn't want to know any bad things that were going to happen and it would take all the excitement out of not knowing what the future holds! xx

I don't think I'd actually want to, to be quite honest Sparkles. But if I had to, I would only want to go as far as to see if all my kids eventually settle down etc etc so I could leave this earth happy. Weird answer I know hun.
