If he is it will be the biggest miscarriage of justice since Bill Clinton was acquitted in his impeachment trial; not* indited for rape of several women, including but not limited to, Juanita Broderick and Kathleen Willey; *not* indited for murder in several very suspicious deaths, including, but not limited to, that of the two teenage boys on the railroad tracks in Mena, Arkansas, of the children of the Branch Davidians in Waco, Texas, of Commerce Secretary Ron Brown; and impeached and convicted for his malfeasance and negligence in not apprehending Osama bin Laden when he was practically handed to him on a silver platter!

George W. Bush deserves the highest national award that can be given to a civilian. This is especially true since he has not only been the Commander-in-Chief of the U. S. Armed Forces during the war on terrorism; but the so-called "Progressive", Fellow Traveller, Socialists of the Defeat-o-crat Party have tried to undermine the war effort in any and every way possible, by giving aid and comfort to the enemy in times of war, which used to be (and still should be) considered treason!

BY WHOM?
Surely not by the Democrats. Having access to the same intelligence, although many like Hillary Clinton admit to not even having bothered to read it, they voted to authorize the war. They have voted CONSISTENTLY to this very day to fund it as well.

Are you blind enough that you can't see that the MAJORITY of our legislative branch would have to face those same charges as well ? Are you saying that they are ALL criminals ,or just Bush ?

No he won't be indicted and neither will the rest of them. Since the UN passed a resolution in 2002 authorizing "grave consequences" for Saddam Hussein and U.S. intelligence was NOT the only intelligence used to justify this act meaning other nations are complicit both in the planning and the execution of this war. I am not a fan of Bush or the war but you will get yourself nowhere with daydreams of prosecution. Looka at all the indictments surrounding Bill Clinton over 40 convictions and 100 witnesses pleading the 5th or fleeing the country to avoid testifying. What about his authorization of the slaughter of U.S. citizens at Waco? He is out there on the campaign trail grinning with his wife like everything is peachy.

No . Bush will go home and write books and do whatever ex-Presidents do. He will never be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. To be frank I don't know that he has comitted any in the first place.

I hope he is; someone needs to see for a minute exactly what he has done. I mean seriously he's free'd about 30 million people from abhorid dictators and given them control of their own lives and governments. What a terrible thing.

No, because there is no proof that will hold up in a Congressional hearing, Judicial hearing, or an International Court hearing.
