I always throw up the first day im on my period. This happens every month. My aunt and mother said its probably because i cramp so bad, but to me that doesn't make much sense.

I would see a gynecologist.

Nausea isn't necessarily out of the ordinary, but it's always good to have things checked out!

If you always experience sever cramping and nausea, so much so that you throw up, then it could be a sign of an underlying problem, that might be harmful to your fertility later on down the road.

The link down below has some info, but I wouldn't hesitate to see a doctor, a gynecologist would be best since they specialize in that area! They can answer questions and try to give you some answers on what's going on with you!

If this happens every month then I would say that it's part of your monthly cycle and perfectly normal. If it's okay with your mom and you don't have any allergies...try taking some pain medication like tylenol a couple of days before your period to see if that eases the cramping when your period starts.

I think it can be normal. I sometimes am nauseated on my first couple days and sometimes during PMS. Everybody's body is different and they all do different things. This one year everytime I got my period I would get a sinus infection. I also heard that some people can be allergic to their bodies. They can get really sick and try to reject natural things that happen. If you were RH- you could easily reject having a baby that is why they give you rogham when you are pregnant. I would ask your gynocolgist just to be sure.

I have never had this happen to me. Doing light exercise, like sit ups, can relieve cramps. The pill also eliminates cramps. Talk to your doctor as I am sure there is a way to prevent you from throwing up.

Yes, I get pretty nauseated on my first day.
Some of it can be due to cramps, but also due to all the hormones freaking out during that time.
