Slow
Motorbike engines are lighter and lots of HPs at high RPMs, no much of Torque and does not have all the emissions controls a car has.
If that is a good option, that would be implemented years ago. If you place one of those engines with a generator you can call it a Hybrid :-)
Good luck !

Police cruisers are not "modified" by either the manufacturers or police departments to be faster. In the United States, the Chevrolet Caprice and the Ford Crown Victoria were the most common choice for law enforcement vehicles before 2002 or so. The strongest engine the Caprice ever had was a 260hp, 335 lb ft of torque LT1 350cid V8 engine. This was in a vehicle that weighed 4100+ lbs without a driver. They would run at best a high 15 second quarter mile time. They had a top speed of around 140mph. The Crown Victoria's 4.6L Interceptor V8 engine had similar torque ratings but less horsepower. They weighed a little less than 4000 lbs. Since both of these vehicles are no longer made police departments have been switching over to even slower Chevrolet Impala and Dodge Chargers. There are plenty of other factory built vehicles on the street that are much faster than police cars in both ability to accelerate and top speed. The latest Dodge Viper is capable of nearly 200mph and 11 second quarter mile runs.

Depends on the car..... and the engine you want to fit to it. Motorbike engines are light, fairly powerful, but suffer from a huge lack of torque so the car would accelerate quite slowly until its in the "power band"..... so if you have a heavy car, don't bother!!! The only consolation is that it would sound great when its screaming at 10,000 rpm!
Have fun :-)

10 seconds, open the trunk and throw it in. The car will go as fast as it did before loading the trunk!

Just open the hood and throw it in. It'll hook itself up then just hang on cause it'll go like 300mph. The manufacturers are just afraid to do it cause of liability laws and stuff. just make sure you don't use to big a mottorbike engine.
