Why am I not making $5,000,000 per year like the NFL players?

you and plenty more like us are wearing our bodies away but it beats been in hospital not able to do any work , just think yourself lucky , to be able to get about and earn a living

dsgc05 - You are no different then many Americans, whom are stuck into a job skill that does not pay well.
BUT, I give you a lot of credit in going to work each day to make ends meet.
We can all at least be thankful for that. I know I am always thankful for having all my needs met (meaning all my bills are paid- no matter how the struggle is).
It could have been a lot worst not you have the ability to work and earn a living.

Well then join the NFL....What they have higher standards than you? Huh!! Maybe that's one of the reasons they get that much. If you are upset about it stop watching football. As long as it stays profitable they will pay the best players big money.

Your skill is not one that people will pay money for. There are likely millions of people who could do your job, but only a few thousand who can play NFL football.

Is your picture going to be printed on trading cards or the Wheaties box? If I see you at dinner will I bother you for an autograph? They get paid to deal with their recognizability too.

I went through the same thing as you.
But they went their way and we went ours.
But I don't mind them making 5 Million a year.
