I've been listening to System of a Down all week, and find it odd that a hard rock listener like me actually liked the sound of Goldfinger and The Aquabats and David Bowie. I'm thinking about buying them, but I never thought I would like that stuff. Maybe I can like other genres as well.
Do you listen to lotsa genres too?

My first love is METAL but, I also listen to BLUES, BIG BAND, WESTERN(just can't get into country), WESTERN SWING(30's and, 40's, mostly)REGGAE and, 70's FUNK.
Diversity, is not bad. if You listen close enough, You can hear some of each genre, in the others.
if You want to hear the best classic Bowie, check out the album Ziggy Stardust and, the Spiders From Mars.

I listen to a wide variety of music. Pop, Rock, Country, Rap, Hip-Hop. Who cares what genre it is as long as you like the song.

Oh yeah! I'm all over the spectrum ... love punk, folk, metal, indie, classic rock, hard rock, nerdcore, outlaw country, celtic, african tribal ... a little bit of everything, though I'd call myself a big hard rock fan ... and punk.

Good music is good music regardless of the genre!
