Respect her marriage and make it a point to never ever contact her or bother her.

It didnt work out for a reason. Move on bro. Seriously that is the only thing that will help you. Change your phone #, email, move, etc and get on with life and go and live it. Thats what I did and it has worked out great for me. In 10 years you'll be married with your own kids. Work hard and succeed in life and you will be really proud of who you will become. Screw people who hurt your heart man. Its not worth it in the end. You can do better, I promise you.

Force yourself to go out and be with people; join a club or volunteer at a nursing home, hospital, zoo or museum, you'll meet new people help others and feel great about yourself and it is a great distraction.

My ex remarried and divorced since the 11 years when we divorced and he STILL pines for me. You got to move on!!!

There is somebody perfect out there somewhere for you, if you don't keep your eyes open you're never gonna find her. Keep the dreamin in your sleep.

Good luck and God Bless!

Get out there and date... you may make some great friends..

Keep yourself busy!

Realize that SHE has moved on and you are wasting your life on a dream that won't come true.. (I think those are song lyrics in my head)...
