my monitor's color is all weird.?

I've only had my laptop a month and this afternoon the screen just started acting up. The color and picture is all weird, almost like 3D and weird colors, I've tried everything but can't seem to fix it.

First make sure you have not placed anything "new" around the monitor. Clocks and anything with motors or magnets will throw the colors off and distort the screen. I have also seen electrical wiring in the wall cause this problem (in office environments). Try moving the monitor a few feet one way or another to see it it clears up.

Otherwise if it is only a month old bring it back and have the wareenty people look at it.

Not so good.
if you can see to work at all you might try re-installing your video drivers, but to be honest "almost like 3d and weird colors" sounds like a cable issue.

Try this:

Plug in an external monitor if you can get your hands on one. If the external monitor looks just fine, then you know your drivers are okay, and there is a very good chance that the monitor cable, which often runs through the hinge on a laptop is borked. At one month, you need to send that thing back.

If on the other hand the external monitor looks weird as well, then you may have a simple driver problem. You can try re installing the vid driver off the disk. (no disk, you can download it from the manufacturors website)

If that doesn't help. You need to return the machine, because your video adapter is borked.
