i have a ps3 and my wireless internet does not reach it because it is too far. How do i make it so that the internet can reach it without moving the ps3?

1) High gain antennae for the router.
2) If you have a G router, swap it out for an N
3) Put in a repeater somewhere. It will effect your ping, but it will work.
4) Put the existing router up higher. Mount it to the ceiling if possible.
5) Re locate the router to a closer point (might not work out for your situation)

Buy an access point. It is cheap and acts as an amplifier.
