what are all the call of duty games ever made?

It looks like there are 4 released between 2003 and 2007
Call of Duty (2003)
Call of Duty 2 (2005)
Call of Duty 3 (2006)
Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare (2007)

Call of Duty 3 was never ported to the PC. There's an expansion pack to original Call of Duty called "United Offensive".

So the correct list for PC is

Call of Duty
Call of Duty: United Offensive (requires CoD to play)
Call of Duty 2
Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
