When you're going in a motor home might depend on the answer.
Niagara Falls is beautiful any time of year as are the Rockies in British Columbia and Alberta and the Laurentians in Quebec.
If you're travelling in winter make sure you rv is equipped with winter tires, has a good emergency kit in it , flares, blankets, food, kitty litter, a shovel , flashlights , batteries etc.
You might want to check out the Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) ahead of time as you might need their services and they have great maps and all kinds of information. Bring regulation id, birth certificates, driver's licences, probably a passport wouldn't be a horrible idea.
If travelling in summer , Prince Edward Island is lovely as is the whole of the Atlantic provinces. Lots of festivals go on in the summer months and into the fall all over Canada.
Winnipeg has a great folk music festival in July as well as some really nice theatre.
Toronto is great for theatre and if you want to be in a city where you feel like you are experiencing the world at once, then Toronto is great. They have Carribana in August , Molson Indy race in early July and street festivals galore.
The wineries in Niagara are great, wonderful theatre there too and Niagara on the Lake is fantastic whenever you go.
The Northwest Territories are great too.
As you can see I am proud Canadian so think anywhere you travel in my country you'll have a wonderful time. The exchange rate is kind of wonky at the moment but that may change in the next few months or the Canadian looney and the US buck stay at relative parity.
Come on up.

That's literally like saying you're visiting the US, what should we see? I would go to the websites for the different provinces and see what they are promoting. I love the maritime provinces the best, but each one has its charms. Quebec has a very interesting French-Canadian culture. Quebec City is the next thing to a trip to Europe -- the only walled city in North America. You can go to Winnipeg and hug my grandbabies for me. I've already told my son not to worry if strangers arrive to hug the boys!

Big place, Canada. You might want to narrow things down a bit by visiting some of the Canadian tourism sites.
Have a great trip
