I have a XFX 680I LT SLI with Intel E6750 processor. I am overclocked right now to 3.3 GHz by only changing my FSB. My system is stable tested with Prime95 or 24hrs. Is there any reason I need to overclock my 4gigs of memory?

Not really your FSB overclocked your memory (unless of course you underclocked your memory so with the increase FSB it would equal the same!)

You are most likely on memory dividers at that setting. If RAM is at or below default clock speed, you can still attain some performance gain by overclocking the memory some more or even just by tightening memory timings. It is usually worth it if you are fond of benchmarking or extreme gaming.
