There is not much room left in there now. They are just fighting for space. Look for that to continue over the years. Good luck.

38 weeks with twins- wow! Congratulations! Since you have been fortunate enough to carry them all the way to 38 weeks my guess is they are pretty big boys sharing a very small space. Its cramped in there. They are probably moving as much as they always have, but you feel it more because the space is a little more cramped now that they are almost ready to meet you! Don't worry- I'm sure they are great! Good Luck! Enjoy your babies!

Ah, they're preparing you for the hyperkinesis to come. Hope you've got your energy saved up! These two sound like a handful! They are probably getting upset a little bit because it's getting so crowded in there. They're letting you know that "look out, here we come!" Congratulations! Nothing is wrong, it's just really crowded with twins.

No, nothing is wrong. Babies get more active as they approach birth. As the other person said, they want out. They are getting ready for their debut. And with twins it's possible that one is sleeping and one is active so it seems as if they are constantly moving. My daughter was awake and kicking at 6am. I am a night person. I didn't want to be up at 6am. She is still an early riser at age 29.

No, nothing wrong, they're just lively. And sounds like maybe they sleep at different times, so one is always awake to kick - if you're lucky, they'll get their sleep schedules in sync by the time they're born.
Even with all the kicks, you're probably still getting more sleep than you will in a few weeks.
Good luck.

Be happy that they are moving! Wouldn't you move if you were in a cramped up space with another person next to you? EXACTLY! When they start "fighting" (LOL) put a set of headphones on your belly and let them listen to some soft music. That always helped me. It's worth a try. Hang in there mom...:)

The space is getting tight... they are trying to get comfortable. It's totally normal, only worry if they stop moving, you don't have long to go, just remember the blessing you will soon be able to hold in your arms.

My cousin just had twins last week. she said they were "playing" when they moved a lot.
It's probably because there's no room and they're getting cramped, and trying to get comfortable.
