Reasons don't govern my happiness. It's a frame of mind. I tell myself I am feeling happy, and that's it! I don't trust my feelings. I am the one in charge of how I am going to feel. Not that jerk who cut me off this morning in his car.

I have a wonderful wife and daughter that is why I'm so happy!!!! And yes everyone deserves to be happy (some more than others) but I think everyone deserves a little happines in their lives!!!

I am blind to the reasons, and the emotion itself is so fleeting for me to ever find out what caused it in the first place. And yes, I do deserve to be happy, I just need to work on believing that. Hasn't fully sunk in.

Because I am human.
And I have self-worth and self-respect and a man who loves me dearly and a family who isn't too weird. So, yes, I deserve everything good.

I'm warm, my belly's full, I have a roof to sleep under, and I'm loved. I figure I deserve it because I've earned it.
