Yes I do, only CD's though. We only have one country music station where I live and they only play new country. I called to request a George Jones song and they said that was too old. What kind of country station refuses to play George? I don't listen to that station because I prefer the old country music . I think most of the new stuff is crap.

The eighties brought me back to country music. I was raised on it, but abandoned it for hard rock in the70's. In the 80's, I went looking for something other than "big hair" rock and discovered Earl Thomas Conley, Vern Gosdin and the Oak Ridge Boys. Sorry, but today's country is no match.

I listen to the country sounds up to and including the 80's,but after that there is just a few limited songs or singers I listen to.
Keep it country,make it classic country.

Yes ,I do but do you know where i could get the cd of Pride sings it at Christmas about a little girl been abused at . I like the 80's music ,50's 60's 70's and 80's.

Hello Morgans mom, I believe you will find their are several people in this category that listen to 80's country. I myself have my favorites like, George Jones, George Strait, Mark Chesnutt, Tracy Byrd, Tracy Lawrence,Vern Gosdin,Pam Tillis, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson,Patty Loveless,and many more. I also like Earl Thomas Conlee, one of my favorites is "Heavenly Bodies"

Yeah. A lil bit. I was born in 87, so I listen to mostley 90's-now. But I do like the 80's stuff.

the question says a lot about what a small world u live in and all music is baaaaaab if u dont like it. someday u might grow up and understand that every person has a different taste. it would be a boring world if everybody was the same.

Oh yes.... I am a down home country girl. My radio is on country all of the time. I really like the old classics.
