Is there even a center of the Universe?

No, there's no center to our universe. No matter where in it you are, that point would appear to be the center because all major galaxy structures would be receding from you in all directions. The fifty-cent word for this is 'isotropic.' The reason the universe can't have a center is because before our universe began it obviously didn't exist and that means there was no space. At the instant of the Big Bang the space of our universe first came into existence so we can say that the Big Bang happened every 'where' at once...space began every 'where' at once.

There is no center to the universe.

There is no center of edge of the Earth's surface. That is because Earth is a sphere and the 2 dimensional surface is curved around on itself. The center of the Earth is not part of the surface. It is in another dimension from the twp dimensions of north-south ad east-west. It is down.

In a mathematically analogous way the 3 dimensional universe is curved in a higher dimension and so has finite volume but no center or edge. Nowhere in 3 dimensional space anyway.

The center of the universe is everywhere at once. That's just another way of saying that the universe is homogeneous and isotropic. In practice it means that it looks pretty much the same for all of its inhabitants. I like that, a lot. I hope, so do you.

There is no physical centre of the universe. The Big Bang and the expansion afterwards created the universe - it wasn't an explosion at a particular position or location.
But we are at the centre of the "observable universe" - a sphere with a radius of 46.5 million light years.

Every point in our Universe acts like it is the centre.

Our Universe is not infinite.

Yes there is.

At the center is where planets are made. Some believe there is a black hole. Time slows down.

Cheers and good luck!

Only two things are infinite, the universe and human stupidity, and I'm not sure about the former.

I've been told its reciprocal, sort of like how there is no edge or center to the crust of the earth.
