If you are in a controlling relationship....it will not change...if you do not desire this situation...then move on...the controller is unable to change or stop their behaviour

I'm not sure of what you are asking. Like .. do you want it expressed verbally - as in a person who wants to control the very air which you breath .. and to control your thoughts & actions?

A controlling person has little regard for the other person's feelings. The controlling person takes away all rights .. along with the comfort zone of the other person.

Control becomes an intense and all-consuming desire to take charge, or force changes in a people & situations - at all times.

Control can be a prison for the person being controlled because their choices are limited when someone exerts power and control over them.

There are degrees of control. Some people control small things. Other people want to control everything & everybody so much that they go off the charts with it, and become totally obsessed with it.

If you're asking how do you know if you're inn a controlling marriage, does your husband try to get you away from your friends and isolate you from everyone? Does he demand total control over the money including what you earn? Does he use sex as a reward/punishment? Does he demand to know where you are and what you're doing all the time? THAT'S a controlling mrarriage and it is abusive and will eventually get much, much worse.
