my left testical is much bigger than the right one and very painful i am 13 years old anyone got and ideas what is wrong ??? please help

It is very common to have one testicle bigger than other. How long it has been like that? If it has started just now then you have to consult a doctor.
Here are other key points:
If it would have been without pain and grew suddenly then some bad thing like cancer has to be suspect. Ultrasound of the testis is the best for the diagnosis. However, in your case it is painful so not to worry about that particular disease.
Hydrocele: Fluid built up in the membrane of the testes and it is not painful but painless
The possibilities you can have are:
Orchitis- inflammation of testes
Epididymitis- inflammation of epididymis (part surrounding testis)
These condition can be due to bacterial infection or sexual transmitted disease(STD). Therefore if you have any history of recent sexual contact then you have to consider inflammatory conditions.

doesnt sound good little dude, think u need 2 face facts:
painful swelling often means an infection of some kind, so no matter how "embarrasing" it may seem U NEED TO SEE A DOCTOR. if you dont it could lead to serious problems.
not trying to scare you, but if you go an see ur doctor it will turn out just fine

this can be a number of things, and most of the causes of this is not life threatening. But you do need to tell your parents and have them to take you to the doctor. Nothing to be ashamed of at all. The doctor has seen hundreds of cases like this do not be embarrassed.
But please go see a doctor, although most likely is not serious ignoring it you could cause things to be worse.

Go to the Doctor, it could be something very simple, or it could be something very serious. You will not know until you go to the Doctor, now hurry you can go to the emergency room if it's causing you pain. Tell your parents a.s.a.p.

i bet u have a hernia. its actually pretty common. u need 2 tell ur mom or dad asap tho and see a doctor. it could cause alot worse problems if u dont. its nothin to be scared of but u need to get it checked out ok?

Your most likely to get good news if you see a doctor. I had the same thing but it was my right one. Even if it is a cancer it is the most curable cancer so you have 99% chance of being a ok. 😜

did you get kicked there or maybe you hit accidnetly try icing it or see your doctor dont be afraid to ask try to go to a a women doctor a Guy 1 might be gay if the semlling starts after u iced for a couple days (ON and OFF oR you could damage somthin) CALL YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATLY!!!

See a urologist AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. There are several reasons for this, most not a problem but there are a few possible problems and those will not get better by waiting.

It could very well be testicular torsison, you should go to the ER as soon as possible. Waiting could cause permenant damage to the testes.
