I need to get a new PSU, but i don't know what. What will support the graphics card above? I'm just curious about this. I want to get the Geforce 7600 for right now. Would I have to upgrade the psu for that? I have a Dell dimension E521.

Also what's a good motherboard that can fit the 8800?

7600GS draws less than 30 watts. Most PCs won't have problems upgrading to it.

8800 series draws from 103W (GTS) to 163W (Ultra). You would need a big power supply with dual +12V rails and not less than 18 amps on +12V1 rail.

Most boards with x16PCIe slot should be able to handle the 8800 series. You should be concerned more with the processor. Slow processors could just bottleneck the 8800 series.

For a 7600 you probably wont as long as you have a 350 to 400 Watt power supply you should be fine. For the 8800 you probably would want 500 to 600.
As long as your Dell takes a PCI Express slot you are fine!
