My sister gave me her laptop. I used DSL service with my desktop. Since I moved, I haven't transferred our service. Do I need to have an internet provider or can I purchase some sort of card? And no, my neighbors have secured networks so I can't "share" service with them. What ever will I do?

Well.. you can get the service in your house, or buy the card and have internet everywhere.. but the poblem with the card is that it is about 230 a year
