Nightlife Sites Q!!!!?

Question

Are there any pre set nightlife clubs or resturants in nightlife and if so where? Also can you download any sites? Where do you find dracula?

You can visit the Sims Exchange to find downtown lots for installation into your game. You can also download houses made by players.

The grand master vampire can be found downtown on any lot (better chance at the Crypt 'o Nightclub, or whatever its exact name is) but only at night. It's either a man or a woman. Both have a cape, carry their arm out in front of their face, and they wear pretty fancy gothic clothing.
