CONGRATS!!! Comfortable clothes to come home in, clothes for baby to come home in & sanitary napkins. B/c the hospital will give you really....I MEAN REALLY HUGE ONES. You may want your own deodarant & toothbrush . But they do give you some. I can't think of anything else at the moment. I can't help you on the nervousness. That's natural & plus I didn't have to be induced. But I have heard some people say it is painful b/c there is no gradual build in pain it just hits & hits hard. Where as others have said it was just like normal labor. Either way once you see him it will all be worth it. No matter any amount of pain.
Good Luck & Take Care!!!

You might not use your pjs or robe because you don't want to bleed on it. The hospital will provide that. Don't forget an outfit and blanket to bring your son home in and don't forget the carseat. The hospital gives you a lot of stuff and don't be afraid to take all you can with you when you leave. I had a nurse go get me a bunch of stuff to fill up my back. I went home with 14 diapers for free and a bunch of other stuff. Good luck!

Pack some CD's or an MP3 player with all your faves so you can drown all the annoying things and people in the room out. Good luck and I hope all goes well. Pack whatever makes you comfortable and calm.

CONGRATS!!!! I was induced and it went very well. Here are some things you might want:
snacks and vending machine change.
LARGE feminine hygiene products. The stuff they give you feels like a diaper.
Breast pads- your breasts will be leaking.
Toothbrush.
Car seat, coming home outfit, baby blanket, baby hat,
when you go to the doctor tell him you are nervous and they can give you something to relax.

Make sure you have a cute coming home outfit. OH-and maybe bring a camera or have someone bring one. Even a one time use camera. Books are good. Maybe even a word puzzle book. A cute stuffed animal for your little one's arrival.
Good luck and congrats!

Congratulations! I was induced at 4pm and i'll tell you that 5 minutes after the induction gell was put in i started cramping. It felt like razors in my cervix! But once labour started at 11pm it was full on! My little girl was born after a few complications at 7:58am. Make sure it happens your way! Don't let them push you into doing it their way because you will regret it!

Remember toothpaste and toothbrush. Don't forget to pack clothes, diapers and blankets for your little guy.
Drink some herbal tea (Sleepy Time Tea) - it will calm your nerves.
Congrats!
