Integrity has always meant the same as having honor. To have integrity / honor means to have an internal code of ethics or internal moral code, & never break your own moral /ethic code. Our internal moral codes are developed usually after we have moved past judging our behavior by the external moral codes. If I am living by societies standard, but have not developed this internal moral code for myself, it is almost impossible to have integrity or honor. Our internal moral code means we become what we believe at that point. We walk what we talk.
Blessings!

To have integrity I think a person has to be very honest and have strength and virtue. I think a person that has integrity likes to feel good inside about the things they do and does not want to hurt anyone. They have the strength to carry on with what they believe to be moral and true for every ones sake and usually put others first before them self.

Integrity is the willingness to ALWAYS do the "right" thing even if no one is looking.

A person will always do what is good treat others the way they would want to be treated.

integrity is having self respect.
its not about "always" doing the right thing, cause there is no such thing...
its not about being honest all the time, have you heard of white lies?
its about imposing self respect, maintaining it, sustaining it...

if you hurt, to ask for forgiveness, if you steal, to return what you have stolen, if tell a lie, then go and tell the truth.....and things like that. In other others, integrity, equals honesty.
