Yes they can tell. Before sex there is a hymen and the opening of the vagina is smaller. After sex there is no hymen and the opening is a little bigger.
HERES WHAT"S IMPORTANT: Your doctor won't care and won't even be looking to find that out. He or she will just be checking to make sure you are healthy and okay. Your doctor is also not allowed to tell your parents, so if you are worried about that you don't need to be. Please be honest with your doctor about your sexual activity so they can take care of you properly.

If you mean when they examine your vagina then yes, because your hymen would be broken. You can pass this off on gymnastics or horse riding unless you're having regular sex in which case your vagina will show signs of use.

If you mean by looking at some other part of your body then no way. They'll just ask you if you're sexually active.

Hope this helps.

yes and no- if your hymen is broken that is the #1 sign but that can also be broken if you've had a bad fall like during sports and stuff. and if there is any scarring on the vaginal wall

They can do a vaginal exam to see if your hymen is intact. Although the hymen can be disrupted if there is trauma to the vagina (trauma other than sex) Check out this website http://www.pamf.org/teen/health/femalehealth/hymen.html

They might be able to in some cases because if you have a Hyman it means you have not had intercourse but it can break by other means other than sex

Yes. If a doctor does a pelvic exam, he/she can see if the hymen is still intact indicating that you are a virgin.

hmm, well usually they can tell if the hymen is there but thats not always accurate. i think they can tell other ways though, like they can tell if your uterus has been stretched

yes, doctors can tell if you are no longer virgin....however, the law prevents them from telling anyone, so relax.
