Take a hammer and begin to strike the bottom hook that is connected to the steering wheel forcing the locking mechanism to move up. You must repeat this several times and eventually the club will come off. I saw this on a you tube video and it worked. No damage to anything but the club.

It's been years since I've owned a Club but I think if you have the key serial number, they can provide a replacement. However, if you do not have that, a locksmith will have to come and pick or drill out the lock.

Yes, have someone remove the steering wheel from the car and cut it off with a cut off wheel or cutting torch.

Either call a locksmith and have him open the lock, or saw the steering wheel and slip it off.

Either get a locksmith, or cut a hole in the steering wheel. (A locksmith would probably be cheaper.)
