Here's how:
Make sure the guy and girl you want to get pregnant both have high relationships with. Then put them in a Bed, and select the option "Cuddle". Then select the option "Try For Baby". In a few days [ 1 or 2 ], a bump will appear on the girl. And you can also tell because if you have the guy click on her, there's an option that says "Baby....". If you want to make the mother have twins, just pop up the cheat window and type in: "forcetwins" at any time during the prenancy.

Of course you can. Only if you are an adult tho. If your sim gets abducted by aliens then even the men can get pregnant with green babys. It is weird . If you have a pregnant sims and want it to have twins thendo this. Press Ctrl +Alt +C and write forcetwins in the box at the top and it will have twins. Good luck!

Yes, on pc version. It takes about 3 days and they also get sick. You can also endup with twin, triplets...quite hard to handle lol
