i ordered the lap top and i cheched dhl tracking and it says shipment has been acnolaged for the last five days dell says it will arive between today and friday the 28 and i called dhl and they said dell never gave them a package and dell says it has been shipped

any advice as to what i should do please help?

Dell will go ahead and update their shipping info for packages that are on the shipping dock ready to be picked up.

DHL will have the laptop to you by Friday.

All is good.

Tell Dell you want the shipping number so you can call DHL to check on it or tell them do it for you. If they refuse, tell them you want a refund. If they refuse to do that, call you credit card company and tell them you are having a problem with a charge. They may tell you to wait until the 28th, the date the delivery was promised. I personally have ordered from Dell numerous times and never had a problem.

if u have a reciept and u never get the laptop .
then call dell ask for a refund then ask them to give u enough money to buy a laptop at a store .
it might take more time because of christmas season .
also offices were closed yesterday
so be patient i will see wat more i can do for u .
