I would call your MW today (now) and ask them about this, even if you have an appt in the morning. It could just be scar tissue stretching, but in the event that it is something else your MW should evaluate your symptoms. Good luck :)

Hi there, I had an emergency c-section 3 yrs ago and im now pregnant again (not sure how my Dr thinks i should deliver yet) but i haven't had ANY dramas with my scar AT ALL until i become pregnant. Im nearly 13 weeks along and since i was around 5 weeks pregnant my scar has also been burning but its no where near as bad as yours sounds. I haven't spoken to my Dr about it just yet but i will be. I have no idea what is causing this to happen but i just wanted to let you know that your not alone.

im gong through the exact same thing.....i had my first c-section going on two yrs ago in march....i am currently 37 weeks and 4 days and am getting another planned csection in exactly 7 days....
the doctor told me it was the scar tissue and to take some tylenol. Also warm bath helped me a little....and also a hot water bottle.....
the doctor also told me to relax more and put my feet up.
hope that helps ya a little! good luck and congrats!!!!

I wish I could help but I can't. The only thing I would suggest is if the pain is too unbearable then perhaps you should go to the ER. If not try and go to sleep early so you won't be conscious of pain. Good luck at the doc tomorrow.

Rupturing of a c-section scar (bikini) is very unlikely. But you are paying the dr lots of money to deliver your healthy child, so it's his job to answer your questions 24/7. Call him or the dr. on call.

definately consult your doctor in the morning, but my guess (and it could be wrong because i haven't experienced this) is that the scar itsself is stretching, and because it's scar tissue, it hurts more. try putting some moisturizer on the scar...see if that helps.
good luck!
