I recently purchased a 02 Concorde LX and my state requires license plates to be mounted on the front in addition to the rear. There was no mount/bracket/placeholder thingy for the front plates. Where can I get it? A part # would be extremely helpful!

Also, the correct term for the "thingy" would be much appreciated :D

The correct name is front license plate mount.

And if you can't find one in the junk yard, you can get one from the dealer.

Try the junk yard first.

If I remmember right, there should be some small indentions in the front facia (rubber bumper) that shows where the license plate bracket fastens. Simply go to a dealer and ask for a license plate bracket for that car. It shoulden't cost very much and it will come with the license plate bracket fasteners and instructions for mounting. The second alternative is a salvage yard.
