why does it hurt the first time?

The Hymen needs to be broken, or at least stretched. It's skin around the inside of your vagina, and the penis will stretch/break it. It will probably bleed, and that's the reason for the bleeding and pain. Also, your body wont be used to sex yet, and need to adjust to the feeling.

everyone is different so you either do it or u dont but if it does hurt. it only happen the first time.

because you have a hymen, and your vagina its naturally tight., and a guys penis is actually wider than your vagina can open up for the first time

I don't know, it never hurt for me so I can't really say.
It's different for everybody.

because you are most like going to tear the hymen (the membrane covering inside the vagina) if it hasn't been torn yet, this also causes the bleeding.
