When I graduated high school I was 5'8" 130 pounds. 1 year later while serving in the military they measured me again and I was 6' tall. I was 19 at the time. So yes there is a possibility that you will grow a bit more. some people continue growing till the age of 21. I would take in plenty of calcium.

There is a possibility of growing a little (1 inch or less), but you may be done growing. I haven't grown since I was 14, but I'm 5'9". My sister on the other hand didn't stop growing at all until she was 18, and she's 6'. It's the stopped growing a couple of years ago that makes me think you may be done growing.

you could grow at the most an inch, I am 5'2 and 24 and have been that height since 17. At age 14 I was 4'10 and gotmy period, then grew like 4 inches in a year and was 5'1 at 15. But between age 15 and 17, I grew only an inch and that is my permanent height. I heard you can actually grow one more inch in your twenties but I highly doubt that. You will probably end up being 5'3.

Probably not, since you're 16. I'm 14 and I'm 5"1. But my doctor says I'll grow another inch or two in a few years.

you will proceed becoming till you're approximately 20 which does no longer unavoidably contain becoming in top, yet for the era of your physique usually. so which you may or won't improve greater in top. Lifting weights won't make a difference on your growth. it quite is an city legend.

Now that you're at the ripe age of 16 and everything is in the positions that things should be you can now officially wait for your growth sideways. You may start packing on the pounds and drooping when your 20 or things might start turning out for you right away. Best of wishes! (p.s. you're never as fat as you thought you were when you look back.)

No, sorry I think thats it for your height. I always heard that when a girl gets her period , thats it for growing. Maybe they might grow another inch , but at 16 thats it. Theres nothing wrong with being short, thats petite, and many guys love it.

Girls generally stop growing about 2 years after they start menstruating. You may not grow anymore but you can always make yourself look taller.

It all depends on your DNA and genetics. If your mom and dad continued to grow at your age then you have a very high chance. But be happy with who you are. Being tall isn't that much fun.
