Depends on what you want to do, but you wouldn't be able to see any difference between the processors. Hard drive speed would make more difference in computer performance after adding RAM, because it allows you to access data from the hard drive quicker (which is the slowest part of the process)

Unless you play video-intensive games on this laptop, odds are it will be OK at that speed. Like, if all you use are things like spreadsheets and word processors, you'll never see the difference unless you have an embedded image in some file. Even then, if it isn't too large an image, you might not see a big problem.

Playing back a video DVD might show up some of the speed difference. Playing a recently released first-person shooter will likely tax your system to its limit. Video editing (still or motion) might also be more than you want to try.

1.- 1.5GHz is a good processor speed I got 1.9GHz with 2GB of RAM and do a lot of things in my laptop.
2.- 2.2GHz is better and faster.
3.- If you edit videos the rendering time is shorter, the games run faster, etc.

It totally depends on what you're planning to do with your laptop. The difference between 2.2 GHz and 1.5 GHz is not going to make too much of a difference doing stuff such as email and word processing, for example, but if you want to do anything serious with video or gaming you're going to want to have that extra horsepower.

Plenty fast. The 2gb of RAM will really help. I bet you don't really see much of a difference from 1.5 to 2.2
