If i we're you i'd bathe him in luke warm water, it usually fixes the problem if not i'd go to a reptile vet.

I agree with the warm baths. While you are doing so, rub the right side of his belly towards the tail slowly and firmly. Also, feed him a couple of drops of olive oil. This is a natural laxative, so it will make it easier for him to poop.
He needs extra hydration, and it would probably be best not to feed him solids so that they don't add to the impaction he has. This is what you should do to feed and hydrate him: Get sugar free chicken flavored baby food, Gatorade, and water. In a small dish mix equal amounts of Gatorade and water, then add the chicken baby food. Feed him this mixture in an eye dropper. This will give him the nutrients he needs, but it is also really easy to digest and it will keep him hydrated. The more hydrated he is, the easier it is for him to go to the bathroom.
I agree with the vet appointment as well, he should get one soon.

Do NOT use CRUSHED WALNUT SHELLS!!!!

These are very harmful for your beardie. They can cause impaction (which he already apparently has!) AND the sharp edges will cut the insides of his intestines. Keep him on a solid substrate such as paper towels, non-adhesive shelf liner or tiles.

Don't listen to anything a pet store employee says about how to care for a reptile. They are severely misinformed.

Please visit http://www.beardeddragon.org for care sheets on how to properly care for your dragon and visit their message boards for advice on your current problem. You can get loads of great advice from experienced handlers there.
