Yes, middle linebacker ANTONIO PIERCE has done it against some Eagles players. He was fined with $12,500 for a cheap shot against Michael Vick last season and he mentioned something about knocking down Romo after he got rid of the ball.

There are those who will take a cheap shot so i would rest my starters to keep that from happening.

Keep the starters in. Think about how many times an NFL team has rested its starters only to come out flat in the first playoff game it plays. I am a Chargers fan and don't like the fact that they remove LT after just over a quarter and a half. I believe you should play your starters until the end as kind of a tune up for the playoffs. Otherwise, your team will not be prepared mentally or physically.

I know that if I was a starter, and had played all year, I would not want to be pulled out now, right when history is in the making.

Personally, I don't think any starters on any team would want to get yanked either. You practice hard throughout training, why wouldn't you want to go the distance?

The Pats have much experience against cheap-shot artists this season. This game will be no different.

I would go and make history for everyone to remember. Not a team that went 15-1.
