i have a 03 or a 04 blaster?

i was riding the other day and it made a funny radleing noise and shut off it wont crank back up any idea whats wrong

the key on the crankshaft that holds the stator sheared off, its on the left side cover of the engine, its a half moon key, an easy cheap fix
( note: you won't see its broken untill you take the nut off )

May need a top end rebuild.
Cylinder, piston & rings

could be a couple things one is topend second is no oil in the block.
