This isn't exactly right, but it may help you get a basic idea...
Picture it like this - you have a clone of yourself. Each of you is placed in a different environment. The clone is not fed properly, never exercises, and is not properly cared for. You lift weights constantly, have a very good, healthy diet, and grow up with a caring family. Obviously, you would be significantly stronger, and more or less simply better than your clone in all physical aspects. Now say that both you and your clone are cloned. Those two clones are raised in the same exact environment. Each of them would turn out exactly the same because they have the same genetic material, even though you and your clone were so different physically....

phenotype= Its physical form
easy trick to remember them =]
