"I'm busy" or "come in"....they usually go into another stall.
If it's in a changing room I yell "I've got no clothes on". My kids aren't old enough to be embarrassed by it, but give it time. My mom used to do it to me all the time...I figure I'd return the favor.

i say "someones in here" and then i feel stupid, because i called my self someone. haha, it's just a weird feeling. i can never remember just to yell out "taken", but i suppose i'd feel pretty stupid still because i'm single, haha (:
