Where do you think all the yellow ribbons you see on cars and everywhere came from?
Tony Orlando & Dawn's Tie A Yellow Ribbon 'Round The Old Oak Tree.
How can anybody forget. I believe Tony has a radio program on XM radio.

Yeah, I was about 11. They did have a show. Tony Orlando quit singing after Freddie Prinze killed himself in 1977.

Sure I remember! I loved them! I think I sang the song Knock Three Times on the Ceiling until my Mom knew all the words! She caught me dancing around and singing into the hairbrush what a joke! I was a kid but hey it was so much fun and I thought I was so cool!

yes, they did, the Tony O and Dawn variety hour. Their number one hit was tie a yellow ribbon round the old oak tree. Not my favorite, but they had catchy tunes.

Yep. "Wrap a yelloe ribbon round the old oak tree" was a hit, and I believe they did have a TV show on awhile.

I use to watch their show when I was a kid. For a cheesy lounge lizard, the show was pretty good.
Tie a Yellow Ribbon
Knock Three Times ..... these were good songs.

Answers, in the sequence you asked:
1) No, at least not until you asked. Now I'll be stuck with those stupid jingles in my head for the rest of the day.
2) No. See above.
3) Yes.
