Depends on my wife's or my mood to be honest with you.
Sometimes we manage once a day for a whole week, sometimes its only a couple of times a week.
I would like to think that there is no REAL ''guide'' type average to which you should adhere to. Everyone is different and that is what makes all of us human after all.

well we do it about 3 to 4 times a week but that was before my son was born now somethings i can be one time each day for one week then nothing for a week but i think depends on the person and i don't think theirs guideline's to how many times you do it .
