If the wheel holes fit, yes you can but this will cause the engine to turn at a higher RPM for the same speed if you had 15 inch wheels. You will use more gas because the engine will be turning faster.

NO! You can vary the width slightly but not the diameter. Just figure it out, it's like putting a small lid on a larger jar.

It isn't the tires, it's the 14" rims which won't fit over brakes.

You can switch it as long as the lugs match up and you down grade your rims too, although you will risk more tire blow outs and safety issues.
