I have stayed at the pop century hotel..they are so-so, not too bad, but they dont have alot of veriety. Basically the same thing...the food court is NOT little its average, and they have like a little groce ry store almost were you can get doughnuts, milk, fruit cups and things of that sort. I strongly suggest to go to the drink stand outside near one of the pools, its called petals or something like that. they have good nonalcholic drinks, and from my dad, he says they have good alcholic drinks. Usually your best time to get breakfast is earlier in the morning, like 5 or 6, because we got up at that time, and there was hardly anyone in the food court.
hope i helped, and have fun!

The food court is decent sized, but since a lot of people stay at Pop Century it can get busy and yes there are times that it may be hard to get a table at peak times. But this isn't always the case. And you can always bring back food to your room. They will put food in to go containers for you if you ask. Lunch and dinner aren't generally as crowded as breakfast as people are in the parks. If you go early you can avoid the crowds.

February is an excellent time to visit Disney because crowds are low. I could understand it being jam packed in the summer months, but you should be fine. Typically, guests are trying to get to the parks when they first open - so this means they are down having breakfast anywhere between 7am and 8am. To avoid crowds, you can eat earlier or later after they have all boarded busses to the parks. You can also take food items to your room if you wish. And yes, they offer cereal!

We have stayed at both, the room size and meal choices are the same, the big difference is in the age. Pop Century is much younger and it shows. Also it has it's on bus routes, with the All Stars the same bus serves all the All Star Resorts, so you often have more crowded buses are longer wait times.

We stayed in Pop on off season and it was still pretty crowded and very expensive food there.
Yes, you can bring back your food to your room.
There is cereal.
The time we found to be crowded was between the hours of 8-9am. We went later.
It's ok, for the money, but we will not be staying there the next time we visit. Rooms were way too small and ours smelled like cig. smoke.
Have fun!
