Look at all aspects of your life:
Are you bored? Find some new interests.
Are you ill? Get a check up.
Are you getting enough sleep? Make sure you go to bed and get up at regular times, and get 6-8 hours a night.
Are you unhappy? Change your life. It IS possible, i've done it!
Are you eating properly? If you don't know how look up healthy eating on the internet.
PS The words are spelt 'knackered' and 'absolutely'.

Like the song... you are gonna get to sleep when you're dead. So wake up, crank the music, drink the Rock Star, fall in love with a person, a hobby, a charity, a job... get your fab on at the gym, check out that museum, hang at the bookstore on a comfy chair, and you will find, that there are so many things to do and to see. Don't miss it all.

Depending on your age you could be going through the menapause or at least heading for it, if it is not that it could be tht you have fallen into deppression and thats one of the many side affects including loss/increase of appetite and also loss of labido. I would see your g p and ask them for what their opinion is and follow what they say though if you prefer natural supplements i know st. johns whart is a good one to start with though you need to check with pharmacy /doc as they interfere with other medications. Good uck and godbless sarah

It sounds like your iron is low. I have low iron and have the same symptoms at times. Try vitamins, iron pills, and eat plenty of liver and/or beets.
After about a week you'll notice a tremendous difference.

I was feeling like this and found out I had Diabetes. Go get a check-up. Your potassium level or iron level may be low also. See a physician since you haven't always been like this.
