The product registration key is located in the packaging that came with the software you bought.

You did buy it, didn't you?

Because, you know, theft of software is a crime, and we know you wouldn't be trying to drag us into your criminal activity, right?

So look in the packaging - when you have a copy of the software that you PAID for.

Hi Truli, I also have a toshiba laptop, with microsoft works installed on my machine.I did not enter a product registration key specifically for works though, and have used this program for over 9 months,so I know it is not going to expire. But I did enter the security key which validated the operating system, to show that it was genuine software on my machine.Perhaps if you do this it will validate your copy of works.Good luck Richard
