Sentence her to work with the poor starving people in one of the third world countries for one whole year. That should wake her up and when she comes back she might, I say MIGHT act like a human being.
If she has to live in a grass shack with a dirt floor and no electricity maybe she will appreciate life.
She needs professional help and fast.
She had too much, too early in life and doesn't understand what it means to be responsible........

She needs to find a way outside when the press are not around and check in a mental hospital. She needs to get several good professional opinions on what she is suffering from and get medical treatment. Proper medicine might not cure her completly but it is the only real opinion that could help.

Like it has been said, she is not ready for herself to do anything about it. I think she could do something if she wanted to, but she chooses not to.
For the paparazzi, britney has been the best news story of the year. At first I thought she was doing it for attention, but now I think she has actually damaged her mental health. I hate to say it, but I think that she might be beyond help by other people. Its up to just her now.

She could be helped by people leaving her alone to rebuild her shattered life.
All the media ever do is mock her, if that happened to you all the time you'd probably be a bit crazy too, plus you only ever see what the newspapers and magazines want you to see anyway.

How is an "expert" going to be able to tell if Britney's life is spiralling out of control if their only source on her state of mind is reports from the Sun?
I honestly don't know what Britney is doing, but I hope whatever's wrong she can get through it, despite the interventions of the press.
