I think Steven Stamkos and that Logan Pyett were doing pretty great.

What other players impressed you?

I was surprised by several players on both sides. Tavares surprised me bigtime. Hartsburgh almost sent him packing the last night of training camp and here he comes and scores two goals.

Bernier looked a bit shaky at times, still think his confidence is shot after Lombardi sent him down 3 weeks after proclaiming him as the Kings number one goalie.

Michal Neuvirth (Capitals draft pick in 2006) made some great saves early on.

Jiri Suchy also impressed me, and he's still undrafted.

Vinnie Lecavalier of the Tampa Bay Lightning has really taken his game to another level. He has been better than Crosby this year, and you could argue, he was the best player last year.

This guy is turning into a consistent 50-50-100 guy who drops the gloves once in a while and logs ALL of the important minutes. He continues to develop as a leader and makes his teammates better.

He plays 'plus' hockey, isn't afraid to shoot and still manages to assist on 50 goals for his linemates.

He's HUGE, he's FAST, he's QUICK (not the same thing), he's tenacious and has monster skills. He is just entering the prime of his career.

He is THE best player in the game this season so far, bar none. If you add him to any 'decent' team, THAT team would be the Stanley Cup favorite, same day. Sadly, Tampa Bay might not be one of those teams.

Bottom line? On any night, he could hang 3 goals on you, set up a couple, drop the gloves - or all of the above.

Benny quit being a heartless pig, persons are inspired through fact Bangladesh is the weakest attempt enjoying team and to attain 181 against the Aussies is an fulfillment for them. yet we did no longer win so we are nevertheless the weakest and maximum rubbish team. besides being a Bangladeshi I wasn't inspired we've been loosing loosing and loosing, shall we've scored a minimum of 30 -forty runs in the final 3 overs yet we are lacking good hitters like Aftab and Kapali (owing to ICL). in actuality Aussies destroyed us and crushed us comprehensively. i do no longer prefer to soak up any positives because it develop right into a loss, it develop right into a detrimental prepare from Bangladesh. Tamim dropped a dolly, Australia could have been 6/a million, it develop right into a detrimental prepare from the boys, in the event that they shop fielding and bowling like this there is not any way we can beat the international champions (India). Rubel generated some %. yet he have been given hammered all over the park by employing Watson. Mortaza bowled right in simple terms in the 1st 2 overs, Tamim ought to have taken the catch, our fielding continues to be the weakest hyperlink. i do no longer see any risk for us to even beat a single attempt enjoying country. i develop into heartbroken.

Bernier was the guy. Through the whole game. He looked so cool. Reminded me of Price a couple years back.
Stamkos was another definitely. I do believe he is also the consensus number one guy in this year's draft. Not hard to see why.

Well, the only thing I saw today was the Hurricanes/Rangers game... I thought both Ward and Lundqvist played well. Disappointing game, though, from my standpoint..... :(
