Just go to the google drop down and put your mouse cursor over the text and use the delete key on your keyboard. Same for the address bar.

Or you can download an excellent free software that I use and is well known. (Known as the Crap Cleaner). Will download with default settings that you can change if you wish. Will also clean your registry and backup.

For the adress bar Click Tools> Internet options> Under Browsing history click Delete and I think you can go on from there. For google search click on a letter like for example boot click b the word should come down and then with your mouse make it highlited but dont click on anything when its blue on your keyboard there should be a DELETE button, click there and that should do it. If your trying to hide something I would also recomend deleting the history you click on the little clock and clcik delete by right clicking with your mouse and clicking delete. by please give me best answer!!!

right click you internet explorer icon on the desktop and click properties, then in the "general" tab you should see a button in the browsing history section that says "delete"

there is a "settings" button there too, so you can customize what it remembers in the future
